MacNeil Homes’ Chief Executive Anita MacNeil has been involved in numerous aspects of the home-building industry for almost 20 years. She began her home-building career as a certified public accountant, working as chief financial officer for a former home-building company and working her way up to part-owner and general manager of the company. MacNeil joined with former co-workers and trade partners to form MacNeil Homes, LLC in January 2006.
Anita’s expertise is exemplified in MacNeil Homes’ dedication to financial responsibility, superior designs, exceptional customer service and the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship. The company is passionate about honesty and integrity, identifying these characteristics as the cornerstones of its operations. The execution of the MacNeil Homes’ vision is made possible with the experience provided by Rick Lauer, vice president of construction, who has eight years of hands-on commercial experience and 13 years of management in both residential and commercial construction; Barbara Broadway, vice president of sales and marketing, who has more than 30 years of residential experience in the Charlotte metro area; and Dan Kenny, vice president of operations, whose balance of field management with purchasing and operations management for more than 17 years completes a team well-versed in all aspects of home building.
